Custom CSS for Markdown editor?

I see that we can edit the CSS for the preview. But can we write CSS for the markdown editor?

I would be very helpful to styles the headings a different color... the bullets a different color... sub-bullets a different color... etc..

Also on a side note, I noticed after you create a new document it does not appear in the sidebar automatically... a state issue of some sort maybe?

Yeah, I think we had a feature request like this previously, not sure when it will be implemented, but we can use this discussion to gather more interest and discuss how it should work.

The doc should appear in sidenav, recently there was a fix for a similar bug did you update to the latest version and tried it again? Can you specify the exact steps to reproduce (possibly with screenshots?)?
