Feature / Bug description

Limit the maximum height to 3m to prevent possible injuries only while the drone is executing a mission.

Expected behavior

If during an execution of a mission, we receive a height bigger than 3m the drone must arrive just at 3m and ignore the remaining ones. If it's already at 3m we will ignore the instruction.
