Configuring MKR1000 for ILI9488 display - where to start

I'm trying to use this library on a MKR1000 with an ILI9488 display.

I can't seem to figure out (1) what files to include in my program, (2) where to designate to the code that it's an ILI9488 chipset and (3) where to specify which ports on the MKR1000 are connected for DC and RST (I'm assuming that MISO, MOSI and CLK are the standard pin connection).
