Adding Tooltips During Review

Hello,

A feature that I wish for is the ability to add tooltips on text during Review. The tooltips should allow for the addition of images and text to explain the context further by hovering the pointer over the text with the tooltip.

I have something like this in mind:

This feature already exists in the form of some addons like Tippy Tooltip by Kleinerpirat which is dysfunctional now and does not allow for the addition of tooltips during review.

I hope this has caught your interest and that you may go ahead and add this feature to your otherwise great addon.
