Why does it change the size of the images when editing using this addon

Hello
I love you addon and it saves a lot of time but i have an issue and that's when I edit using the addon, the size of the pixel for images when i show the HTML changes
This causes a lot of my Anking (ankihub) suggestions to get rejected because of a change in the HTML

In the add-on config, try turning off 'image resizing'.
