[Annotations] Display a warning if the extracted value(s) are not in annotated text

This could help enforce the guideline to have all the extracted values in the annotated text field for annotations of type 'text'.

This should not be mandatory though because in some cases (eg. x per 1000) the exact match would not be found in the annotated text.
