iOS: When no internet connection, Connection Problem does not display

What happened:

• Android: no issues, Connection Problem screen displays immediately when there's no internet connection
• iOS: When there's no internet connection, Connection Problem screen does not display

What you expected to happen:

• When there's no internet connection, Connection Problem screen should display

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

• Turn off wifi & cellular data, MainNet dot will turn from green to red
