Downloaded csv empty for occurrences on the website #748

There is a user, 303008 who recorded data in training mode when she didn't want to. I have already asked to change that data into live.

However, downloading her live data (not in training mode) 11 surveys, the visit file worked downloading all the data
visitsAndrea_notraining2021.csv but the occurrences file downloaded empty
occurrecesAndrea_notraining2021.csv

I was not reported that happened to other users so far.

Can someone please help me understand and solve why this data is not downloading well? @DavidRoy
