Problem reported by Czech scheme co-ordinator.
Based on download files by scheme co-ordinator, I am trying to combine the occurrences and sample data. I tried to use the "Visit Sample ID" fields as the index column to merge the tables. However, in almost 200 instances, the "Visit Sample ID" column in the occurrence file is empty, and the "Visit Sample ID" column in the sample data is identical to the "Point.Sample.ID". Thus when the "Visit Sample ID" is empty, I replace it with the "Point Sample ID". Is this correct? Why it is so?

I have a similar situation with the downloads of the 15min count single species. From the download file, occurrences, the Visit Sample ID is empty when the absent is TRUE (Verdadero in Spanish).
Is this related or should appear the Visit Sample ID also filled?
