Rationale website and app -15min count edition on website

To continue with the rationale between the website and the app #600 , I detail several fields that are not available on the website for the edition of 15min counts.

What is captured from the app and visible on the website after submission. Highlighted in red what is missing on the edition: recorder, number of surveyors, and sample photos and media (on this one there are two picture, not present on the edition).

What is present at the moment in the edition:

I would also include the option to make sensitive a 15min counts, just with a tick button on the edition.
