Can I run the project on V-COCO?

I want to compare the performance on V-COCO dataset, I read the code and find it basically wrote for HICO-DET, so can I adjust it to V-COCO by modifying several parts of it?

I've been trying to make v-coco dataset compatible with the project, I loaded data into json format used in the project, and make some modification in feature_dataset.py, train.py, eval.py and some other files, but the result was under expectation, below 40 mAP. I've been wondering where the problem is.
