Stop dimming in fullscreen wall #772

I’ve seen a previous request that details how to remove the dimming when in the wall mode on unfocused item, but not the fullscreen. I’ve tried making adjustment, but not to the correct settings clearly. Any advice? Can only stop it in wall view.
