sub-task of #186 - this issue will provide the simple and quick solution to the relevancy problem

currently I'm thinking just to order the collections - to ensure places is first and following collections in a logical order

possibly, I'll do other ElasticSearch changes to make the results more relevant

did some tweaks, deployed to dev environment

currently there is a boost of 5 points to places

also, did some general tweaking

will probably need further fixes in the future
