[Blocked] api should support returning wikipedia item results in suggest / search / item #163

issue is blocked - waiting for mojp-dbs-pipelines to have a sync of wikipedia articles to our DB

once we have the items in our DB - the api needs to return them as part of the suggest / search / item api calls
