"V" should only be marked when all fields in a page have been filled. #10

The V should only be marked once all fields have been filled. Currently the V is marked after name and last name is filled on on all individuals.

The blue progress bar per page should be completed when all the names are in, but the V should only appear IF all other fields are also completed.
