wenn data_element_type=2 (Citations) gesetzt ist, wird trotzdem ein Wert für data_element_type_weighting bestimmt was sinnlos ist, da es ja keine Terms gibt die ebenfalls gewichtet werden müssten.

Richtig wäre: Sofern data_element_type!=2, dann data_element_type_weighting=NULL
