Hi there!

I've got a Sapphire Radeon R9 280X on Windows 10 1909 running completely stock.
I just downloaded the latest release for mfakto (0.17pre7) and ran the self-test and 820 tests failed.
I cloned the source and compiled it with Visual Studio 2019 and am also getting 820 tests failed.
Attached is a list of the failed tests.
(Also, it seems like a bunch of tests just didn't run at all. You can find them by searching for #\r\n#)

Well, my R9 280X has finally kicked the bucket. Now I'm using an R9 380X, and the self-test passes. I'm going to keep the issue open, as people out there still probably have R9 280Xs, but I will no longer be able to contribute any support for this issue.
