Stop Recording button don't work properly when user opens transcript

Describe the bug
While the user is opening the transcript, they attempt to stop the recording with confirmation, but the recording remains in progress.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Memories'
2. Click on 'Try to use phone mic'
3. Open 'Transcript'
4. Click on Stop button
5. Confirm to stop recording

Current behavior
the recording remains in progress

Expected behavior
The recording is stopped
