Improve Err / Automatic z_shieldcoinbase when sending freshly mined utxos #15

Newly mined shielded balances (not fork coinbases, however) need to be sent in full to a Z address before being able to be spent normally.

Provide more user-friendly error message when otherwise is attempted.
