Problem:
World Eater Terminators are not properly checking the Sergeant's Powerfist vs the max # allowed in the squad

Expected:
Selecting a Powerfist on the Sergeant + 3 more on rank and file should flag a warning about an illegal total

Unable to replicate. Adding more than 3 power fists per 5 models to the squad correctly displays an error.
