[Bug]: 引用英文论文时，应显示“等”而不是“et al.”

在中文论文模板中，使用\citet引用英文论文时，作者名称后显示"et al."

你期望的结果

作者名称后应显示“等”而不是"et al."

问题复现的步骤

1. 在main.bib中插入一遍英文文献的bibtex信息
2. 在正文中使用\citet进行引用

下图是《北京理工大学研究生学位论文撰写规范》，看起来“等”和“et al.”均可。（当然“，”因为不符合国标的原因暂时没有处理，一般不影响）

另外其他模板倒是也遇到了类似的需求 mohuangrui/ucasthesis#95 (comment)

简单来说，如果一定想要正文引用在任何地方都出现“等”，可以添加 gbcitelocal=chinese 到 main.tex 中：
