Demo and test data for PhyloProfile
ONLY FOR INTERNAL USE. These files are not required for PhyloProfile (except the two MD files for describing ampt-tor and arthropoda data set)
The two files ampk-tor.zip and arthropoda.zip contain data for two demo set used by PhyloProfile tool. These data are described and can be retrieved via Bioconductor ExperimentHub and the PhyloProfileData package.
In otherExpTestData folder you can find other two experimental data sets that can be downloaded and manually given to PhyloProfile.
The demoInput folder contains several input files in different format. To learn about how to format the input data for PhyloProfile, please take a look at our Wiki page.
