the panel on the paint gun activator appears where it shouldnt and causes a unreloaded void issue #4252

Description of the bug

when i use the paint gun activator its panel [ingame] is hovering above the ground

Expected behavior

it should be in the wall

Steps to reproduce

just use the paint gun activator

im using old aperture 1950s
