Inference IXI

Thank you for your nice work
I want to try the inference of the model on IXI dataset, to use for downstream task,
However when I load your pretrained weights,
I get
Network weights module.ROG.combination_brain.1.weight not loaded. Network weights module.ROG.combination_brain.2.norm.weight not loaded. Network weights module.ROG.combination_brain.2.norm.bias not loaded.
Maybe you modified the structure of the model to predict the brain zone,
The results I get are very coarse I dont know if there is an issue,

Also I couldnt generate a proper dataset_stats.json for IXI, as I understand it it computes sizes of the connected components but there are no groundtruthes here, I replaced everything with the mean size of the images 100x512x512

Hi, Thank you for this awesome work. But I'm also facing the similar issues in preprocessing the IXI dataset and generating the appropriate json files. It would be really helpful if you could guide us in this matter. I'm trying to use this for a 3d vessel segmentation for visualisation purposes. Thank you!
