Hi,

The BioBank at our Research Institute is considering adding clinical data in OMOP to our collections. Since I will probably be doing this mapping, it would be nice if it could be reused by the community. I'm not making any commitments right now, but I might be able to contribute to this task in the near future. First, I would like to know what precise requirements you are looking to fulfill, as they may not be the same as in my case, and what has been done so far.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the wait in response due to summer vacation season. We in MIABIS are delighted to learn that you have found our repo and you would be preliminary interested to contribute to our mapping efforts if they align with yours. Currently we are working with heavy updates on our Github, and have our hands full with three different development projects. Once we have freed our hands from the already started issues, we will pick up this issue and can coordinate further.
