while creating deployment

ERROR: (UserError) The specified resource was not found.
Code: UserError
Message: The specified resource was not found.
Exception Details: (ModelNotFound) Model container with name: patient-model not found.
Code: ModelNotFound
Message: Model container with name: xyz-model not found.
