Benefit/Result/Outcome

Using the current example in add-ons, add a blue button deployment for a tie3/spoke environment that deploys the basic elements and networking of a spoke.

Description

Create a UI definition
Update the code for the tier3 add on so that the deployment can be used across all clouds
