T3 Subscription Flags on Deploy.sh Not Implemented

Description

The T3 subscription flag (-3/--tier3-sub-id) was not implemented in the main deployment script. Prevents users from creating a new deployment with the required variables already in place.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Attempt to run deploy.sh with -3/--tier3-sub-id flags.

Expected behavior
Creates base MLZ deployment, and generates configuration files with the appropriate variables for a t3 deployment to be run afterwards.

Actual behavior
Flag Error
