VS Code bicep extension, better intellisense remarks for resource names

I'd like to set a name for resources, but I have no guidance as to what names are valid for the different types of resources.

It would be really great if these rules could be collated from the various teams / product docs, and used approproately by intellisense when editing bicep templates. For example I select the name property and hover over it with my cursor I currently just get this:

This happens to be a storage account resource, so I would love to see something that tells me I need to provide a unique name accross all of azure here, and potentially that I can't use spaces or certain characters etc.
