When I try to upload an image with create_blob_block I get the error:

The MD5 value specified in the request did not match with the MD5 value calculated by the server.

It seems this error has occurred in Azure's storage library for other languages, and you can disable MD5 checking in those libraries. I don't see an option to do it here.

Thanks for reporting the issue. The latest version of put_blob_block does have this as an optional parameter.
