  • Remove stripRequest/stripResponse
  • Remove allowedHeaderNames and allowedQueryParameters
  • Cleanup HttpHeaders and WebResource, get rid of unnecessary members
  • Make WebResource constructor not take so many params
  • Trim publics out of every policy
  • Remove rpRegistrationPolicy
