CVE-2024-38095 vulnerability in python images

Description:
We use mcr.microsoft.com/azure-functions/python:4-python3.11 as a base image and Aqua scanner shows 3 CVE-2024-38095 vulnerabilities:

1. System.Formats.Asn1 /FuncExtensionBundles/Microsoft.Azure.Functions.ExtensionBundle/4.17.0/bin/function.deps.json
2. System.Formats.Asn1 /azure-functions-host/Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Script.WebHost.deps.json
3. System.Formats.Asn1 /FuncExtensionBundles/Microsoft.Azure.Functions.ExtensionBundle/4.17.0/bin_v3/linux-x64/function.deps.json

Steps to Reproduce:
Use mcr.microsoft.com/azure-functions/python:4-python3.11 in a Dockerfile.
Can be also reproduced in mcr.microsoft.com/azure-functions/python:4-python3.9 and mcr.microsoft.com/azure-functions/python:4-python3.10
Run a vulnerability scan (I'm using Aqua).
Expected Behavior:
No critical vulnerabilities should be present.
