AzureADAuthenticator is supporting only "Azure global service" National cloud?

Hi team,

While using MsiTokenProvider , I found code bug in the AzureADAuthenticator. it is only supporting "Azure global service" National cloud hence MsiTokenProvider is not working in other Nation cloud except "Azure global service".
could you please check and fix it.
