The command is /subscriptions/{sub_id}/resourceGroups/acctestRG-auto-220830131437704760/providers/Microsoft.Automation/automationAccounts/acctest-220830131437704760/SOURCECONTROLS/acctest-220830131437704760

The error message is

 ID was missing the `sourcecontrols` element
