The are many files in the root folder of a generated module. We should consider reorganizing some of them.

Files we could consider to put into utils.

check-dependencies.ps1
createm-model-cmdlets.ps1

generate-info.json is not generated by autorest.powershell. We could consider to move it to a central place in gen2main pipeline.
