Clipboard allows you to copy an action or set of actions (within a scope action) from one flow to another flow or within different parts of the same flow.
Simply right click on an action to 'Copy to clipboard'
Click on the '+' icon on the designer to add a new step from clipboard, and click 'Paste from clipboard'
