Describe the bug

The 1_wara_collector.ps1 and 2_wara_data_analyzer.ps1 scripts do not populate the AVD resources in the ImpactedResources. This results in all of the "Specialized.Workload/AVD" Recommendations having Implemented set to "Yes".

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Run 1_wara_collector.ps1 with the "-AVD" switch
  2. Run 2_wara_data_analyzer.ps1
  3. Check the spreadsheet. All of the "Specialized.Workload/AVD" category recommendations will have Implemented set to "Yes"

Expected behaviour

The Implemented column should be set to "No" for the "Specialized.Workload/AVD" category after running the initialize and analyzer scripts.
