Describe the solution you'd like

APRL VNET monitoring guidance does not include the monitoring of subnets with regard to a route table being added or removed. This would expand coverage for monitoring and alerting for route tables (but needs to be done from the VNET/subnet perspective).

Describe alternatives you've considered

It does not appear that this can be monitored and alerted from the perspective of a route table.
