Error when deploying to azure when using azd up

I have followed instructions to deploy to azure using azd, I am using EASTUS as the region, and every deploys with no errors.

Docker is mage is created without errors.

I am using a virtual env with python 13.12.8

When the web app is accessed I get this error.

This is the output of the azd up command., showing no errors, no errors are seen either in the Azure portal for the deployment..

Any ideas as to what could be the problem?

Hi @Arturo-Quiroga-MSFT , apparently prompt flow changed the sub packages, I pushed an update to 1.17 can you please check it again(pull the repo and run azd up)
