Hit the Deploy to Azure button on the readme.md

Any log messages given by the failure

I just verified this seems to work in the commercial azure portal (https://portal.azure.com), but doesn't seem to work in the Azure Government portal (https://portal.azure.us). Any idea when this will be supported in Azure Gov?
