As well as the Git Actions pipeline, will a corresponding ADO Pipeline also be documented?

If not, a reference to the existing https://github.com/microsoft/NLU.DevOps/blob/master/docs/AzurePipelines.md should be included in the Readme.md to immediately signpost developers.

Or perhaps this repo should be renamed to: Developing a LUIS app using DevOps practices with Github Actions?

We particularly want to hear feedback on this. Do you feel that not supplying an AzDo example within this repo will be a significant blocker to adoption?

I don't think this will be a blocker to adoption - but many will question the choice Github Actions vs ADO Pipelines and which they should use for future proofing. So best to be explicit about what this scenario covers, and where to find the ADO sample (by using the link above).
