1. Configurable everything (per-tree mmap size, thread pool size)
2. Clear data directory if rollup address changes
3. Integrate snapshots into NativeWorldState
4. Use a tmp data directory if no data directory is configured
5. Ensure all orchestrator tests pass with the new world state
6. Ensure all e2e tests pass with the new world state
7. Add a soak test that stresses the two implementations for a long time with lots of inserts and commits
8. Add unit tests for world state forks
9. Update all world state write APIs to accept a fork id (default = canonical fork)
10. Remove commit/rollback and make sure all modifications happen to forks
11. Remove the old MerkleTrees implementation once confortable with the new native implementation
12. Cleanup MerkleTreeDb/MerkleTreeAdminDb/MerkleTreeOperations interfaces
13. Rename blockHash to headerHash in the msgpack messages
14. Run AddressSanitizer and ThreadSanitizer on the new code paths
15. Test it works on ARM macos
16. Add an assert that we're not synching the same block twice
