Migration of noir-lang/noir#5506.
As Nargo is now decoupled with proving backends, documenting
bb's commands and options would be helpful for Noir users learning how to use Barretenberg with Noir.Great to document in https://github.com/AztecProtocol/aztec-packages/edit/master/barretenberg/cpp/src/barretenberg/bb/readme.md for now.
