refactor(Keys): Compress where possible

Some of the values stored in the bodies of of encrypted logs can be compressed to reduce the DA overhead. For example, the grumpkin points or ephemeral secret keys.

Implemented grumpkin point compression to 32 bytes like a month ago so this issue is already at least partially addressed.
