Highlight the existence of the "starter kit" (what should the "starter kit" be called?), explain the benefits and features of the starter kit. Explain what kinds of example projects the starter kit can create so far. Explain that it's a great way to view a basic project skeleton.
Include commands (using #include_code) for how to download/install/run the starter kit (or if some of those things are already covered in the starter kit readme, direct users to the readme.

There was some external feedback that it would be cool if we include a tutorial (somewhere) for how to download a starter kit, and then tweak some of the code (in the contract and in the dapp and tests), so that the user can feel like they achieved something. This perhaps should exist as a separate issue.
