Using a ComboBox in DataGrid

Hi, as stated in my title, i would like to make use of a combobox in a datagrid cell of which:

1. the SelectedItem of the ComboBox is first based on a particular property (PropertyFive) of an object that is an element of MyList and displayed accordingly
2. upon changing the SelectedItem, update the PropertyFive of that specific object

The following is what i have so far, but i am now stuck and am hoping to look for guidance here.

specify $parent[TypeOfParent].... or (I prefer it here) give your root a name x:Name="root" and use #root.DataContext.
