Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I know this was a feature at some point but it seems to be non-functional currently. The boost permissions are really useful!

Describe the solution you'd like
Just re-adding this feature would be wonderful! ecoskills.xpmultiplier. is super useful for things that the boosters plugin on it's own cannot accomplish.
