Barrier blocks can not be used as crate

Describe the bug
You can use a barrier block as a crate but the preview option doesn't show up if you are not in creative. This makes its so custom texturepack blocks can't be clicked that use the barrier block.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'your server place a barrier, set the crate and try to preview the items in survival mode'
