The View report link on Refunds should lead to a report showing types Refund , Refund failure, Payment refund , Payment failure refund over the last 7 days (or selected time filter).

It currently shows type refund between 7 days ( or selected time filter ) .

This will require creating an additional advanced filter on the Transactions page, to accomodate the above rule
