Now that WordPress/gutenberg#42764 has been merged, we can actually remove the heavy handed CSS that lives in Blockbase to fix this problem.

From what I can tell Blockbase doesn't add any CSS to fix the problem that's there, and the change mentioned doesn't do anything for the layout Blockbase uses there.
